Welcome to the ChatSerene Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in the program.
1. Definitions
An Affiliate is an individual or entity that promotes ChatSerene's products and services in exchange for a commission.
The Program refers to the ChatSerene Affiliate Program.
Commission is the financial incentive earned by affiliates for successful referrals.
A Customer is an individual or entity referred by an Affiliate who purchases ChatSerene’s products or services.
A Tracking Link is a unique link assigned to each Affiliate to track referrals.
2. Enrollment in the Program
To join the Program, you must submit an application through our website. ChatSerene reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion. If approved, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard, including tracking links and promotional materials.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must use ethical marketing strategies and comply with applicable laws. They must not engage in false advertising, spamming, or misleading claims. Bidding on ChatSerene brand keywords in pay-per-click advertising campaigns is not allowed. Affiliates must not use ChatSerene branding in domain names, social media handles, or in a misleading manner.
4. Commission Structure
Commission is earned on each qualifying sale made through the unique tracking link. The commission percentage is outlined in the affiliate dashboard and may be updated. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold is met. If a referred customer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the Affiliate’s earnings.
5. Payment Terms
Payments will be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods. Affiliates must provide accurate payment details in their affiliate dashboard. Payments will be processed within 15 days of the end of each month, with a minimum threshold of $100.
6. Affiliate Restrictions
Affiliates may not impersonate ChatSerene or misrepresent their affiliation. Unauthorized promotional methods, such as unsolicited emails or pop-ups, are not allowed. Coupon site promotion is prohibited without prior approval.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ChatSerene’s promotional materials. They may not modify ChatSerene’s logos, branding, or marketing materials. ChatSerene reserves the right to revoke permissions if program policies are violated.
8. Termination and Suspension
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. ChatSerene reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate account for violations of these terms. If an Affiliate account is terminated due to a breach, outstanding commissions may be forfeited.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
ChatSerene makes no guarantees regarding affiliate earnings. It is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. ChatSerene reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kalyan, Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kalyan, Maharashtra.
11. Amendments
ChatSerene may update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on our website. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
